Hefei Carbon Limited Liability Company, formerly known as Hefei Carbon Factory, was founded in 1971 and was operated by three shareholders as a joint venture before restructuring.On July 16, 2005, Liaoning Fangda Group Industry Co., Ltd. legally acquired 48.11% equity interest in one of the shareholders, and thereafter successfully acquired 4% equity interest in the other shareholder.In December 2006, Fangda Carbon New Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd. financed to acquire 52.11% equity interest held by Liaoning Fangda Group Industry Co. On October 16, 2017, Fangda Carbon New Material Technology Co., Ltd. once again acquired 47.89% of the equity interest of the third shareholder, realizing the wholly-owned holding of Hefei Carbon.
